No Appointment Limits
Unlike some urgent care and primary care subscription based clinics who limit how many visits a member gets per month, we don’t want to impose those types of restrictions on our patients. We want you to be seen as often as you feel is necessary in order to be at your healthiest and happiest.
More Covered Services and Steep Discounts
Our plans are more inclusive than most other house call or concierge competitors. We cover comprehensive annual labs with an in depth physical as well a your flu vaccine annually. Rapid sick testing is also covered at no additional cost to you which is the most common in house testing utilized for most patients. Get the testing and diagnosis you need to get back on the road to wellness sooner while saving money. See below for full list of covered and discounted services. What isn’t included at no additional cost is generously discounted.
Concierge Level Care Without the Price Tag
We offer concierge level care at a fraction of the cost.
Some competitors charge upwards of $300-450 a month for similar services and will still bill your insurance for all additional services rendered other than the office visit. This can end up costing you well over $7,000-$10,000 annually especially if you have a high deductible plan. When compared to our fees the savings are immense.
Despite our lower sticker price patients still receive all the same perks that come with concierge care: longer visit appointments 30-60 minutes on average, same day to next day appointments, direct access to your provider, patient centered, high quality, comprehensive care.
It shouldn’t break the bank to have access to personalized quality care.
Continuity of Care
Seeing the same provider consistently is key to helping patients to take control of their health.
It has been proven that continuity of care leads to better health outcomes for patients and decreases ER visits and hospitalizations.
Our patients consistently see their chosen provider for every visit, very rarely will patients be scheduled with someone other than whom they have an established relationship with. This allows for a deeper patient-provider relationship and more meaningful medicine. We will never send a medical assistant to the house to do treatments, you will see a provide every single time.

We have negotiated discounted cash pay prices for send out labs with CPL, however you always have the option of filing with insurances instead of paying the cash rate. We can also send labs to other facilities if you prefer ex. Labcorp, Quest etc.
Members receive a 50% discount on all labwork costs.
Annual labs: CBC, CMP, UA, TSH, Lipid Panel, PSA (if indicated based on age and sex) are fully covered once a year for members as well.

Memberships and Pricing
Regular DPC Membership
Memberships include:
Unlimited telemedicine and house call visits.
Guaranteed same to next day availability during normal business hours.
Extended appointment slots, on average 30-60 minutes.
Direct access to your provider via email, text or phone for any questions or concerns you have about your health any time.
Not covered services are generously discounted. To see all covered and discounted services see below.
Discounts on add on plans ex. MWL and TRT plans.
3 month required commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time after that with 30 days notice.
Memberships can be paid monthly and in 3m, 6m and 12m increments.
Annual memberships will receive a 10% discount.
One time enrollment fee of $100 for individuals and couples and $200 for families.
Individual Adult: $100/mo, $1,089/annually
Couple (2 adults): $175/mo, $1,890/annually
Family (up to 2 adults and 2 children): $275/mo, $2,970/annually
Add on adult to couple or family membership >18y in the same household: $75/mo
Add on child to any membership <18y in the same household: $50/mo
Additional Membership Add On Plans
Testosterone Replacement (TRT) Program
$150 a month which covers regular follow up telemedicine monitoring visits, labwork and your medication and supplies. If you are not a traditional DPC member the initial TRT consultation is $150 and includes your initial set of labwork and is done via telemedicine.
Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone topicals and oral medication as well as Clomiphene/Enclomiphene available.

Payment Methods
We accept FSA cards for any cash pay service fee or your membership fees. You can use your HSA to pay for the individual services under the cash-pay fee for service options but IRS regulations will not allow you to use your HSA for membership fees.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We can also set up ACH payments through bank accounts and we accept checks, as well as cash.
Non-Member Options
If you aren’t sure you want to become a member we can certainly still see you and would be pleased to have you as a patient. We provide the same high quality care for non-members with our fee for service cash pay option.
House call office visits are $175.
We can see additional patients at the same house call visit for an add on fee of $75 for each additional patient.
Telemedicine visits are $50.
We typically do our best to accommodate same to next day appointment availability for non-members but it is not guaranteed. We do guarantee same week appointments for non-members.
Transparency is important to us. See the cost of each additional service we offer below with both member and non-member prices listed.
If you decide that you want to become a member during your in person visit your office visit fee will be deducted from your first month membership dues and the enrollment fee.
Wellness IV Infusions and IM injections (Coming Soon)
We offer a variety of IV infusions and Injections aimed to help you achieve maximal wellness.
The house call fee for wellness infusions and injections is $100 plus cost of chosen injections and infusions.

Get your friends together to split up the visit fee, there is no additional charge for added patients at wellness only visits.
Traditional DPC members will have their wellness visit fee waived.
